PI staining & cell cycle analysis
1. Trypsinize the cells and resuspend the cells with 1X PBS
2. Centrifuge for 1500 rpm for 5 min
3. Discard the supernatant and fix the cells with 10% formaline in 1XPBS for 10 min
4. Centrifuge for 1500 rpm for 5 min and discard the supernatant
5. Add 1ml of 1X PBS containing 50ug/ml of propium Iodide(PI)
6. Wrap with foil to protect from light and store at 4 degree till FACS analysis.
