2g Ponceau S, 30ml acetic acid, 70ml DW.

Dilute 10X solution with DW to 1X
Staining
After transfer you gel to PVDF membrane, briefly wash the membrane with DW, and stain the membrane with working Ponceau S solution for 2-5 min with gentle shaking.
