We would like to annouce that an integrated database for aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are now open to public, presented by SNU Biocon and Postech Systems Biology Lab.

You can access via our website menu, ‘ida: integrated db for ars’ under ‘Services’ menu or directly via http://ars.biocon.re.kr

The integrated database for aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases (IDA) contains the most detailed data regarding to aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases (ARSs) that are in charge of cellular protein synthesis and their interactions with cancer-associated genes (CAGs). It provides not only up-to-date curated data but also preliminary experimental data. The supported functionalities are as below:

  • ARS info: Genomic and proteomic information of ARSs
  • CAG info: Genomic and proteomic information of CAGs and non-CAGs
  • Interactome: Interacting partners of specific ARS and their information
  • Network: Network analysis of interactome data
  • Curation process: preliminary board to accumulate data about ARS interacting partners
